Love signature pest control they always do amazing work and come back if anything doesn't seem to be working like it should. We had one issue last year with a newer employee and it wasn't even a big deal just still seemed new and not sure how to answer questions, we got a call a couple days later explaining everything from a more seasoned tech without even reaching out to them. Top notch customer service. Today we had Alex treat our yard and inside for the spring and he was kind, personable and overall extremely helpful making sure he got all the areas that have been the problem areas in the past. Khristapher has been serving us for a few years now! He's helped with several problems we have had: rodents, ants, weird bugs, a cat-faced spider that my kids were entertained watching but I killed and made had him come tell me what it was and remove. I can send him a picture and he knows what it is and comes out to treat it. He sprays wherever I'd like him to and even does all of my kids play equipment. There was one time a different team member came and my kids pointed out to him some wasps that had been flying around. He immediately had them come in and proceeded to exterminate a large wasp colony (in full gear) in my garden dirt that I had no idea about. My kids love watching and pointing out all the different bugs currently in our yard, like milk weed beetles. They are so patient to answer their questions and are always friendly. I recommend them to everyone!
